Please note this visa requirements are for US citizens only. If you are not a US citizen please contact our office at (914) 592-2760.
US passport must be signed, valid for at least 6 months and with at least 2-3 blank visa pages not amendment pages in passport. If your passport does not meet the requirements, we can assist with obtaining new passport or passport renewal for a valid US passport.
Application forms may be duplicated on plain paper but must be clear copies with original signature.
Important NEWS:
- The passport must be valid for at least six months when submitting the visit application.
- The person coming to the country must not hold travel documents or transit tickets of any kind.
- The person coming to the country must not have any security restrictions registered against him that prevent him from entering or leaving the country.
- If there is a discrepancy between the entry visa data and the passport data, the entry visa will be considered invalid and its holder will not be allowed to enter.
- The tourist entry visa is valid for entry into the State of Kuwait within one month of its issuance for a single trip.
- The tourist entry visa allows its holder to temporarily reside in the country for a maximum of 3 months from the date of entry. He must leave the country before the end of this period. The holder is prohibited from working inside the country. In the event of a violation, he exposes himself to legal accountability.
- A visitor who fails to leave the country on time will incur financial penalties and expose himself to legal accountability that may extend to preventing the issuance of visas.

Entry Requirements
- Passport and EVisas are required.
- Visitors not holding return/onward tickets could be refused entry.
CALL JIDS to assist with an EVISA before you go. Visa upon arrival may be available ,you must verify this directly with the consulate.
Visa requirements:
- EVisas for travel to Kuwait are available before departure.
- Do not send any documents to JIDS until you speak with us.
