We are only authorized with FEDERAL EXPRESS with our account. When requesting emergency service to our Washington affiliated office Federal Express must be used, if you do not have a Federal Express number you will be billed above rates.
We do not accept responsibility for regular mail or express mail with the US Post Office. We assume no responsibility for the loss or delay of packages occurred from Consular, Government agencies ,postal or overnight services. We are happy to use your own label or account, however UPS and USPS are only dropped in the box unless you arrange a personal pickup directly with them. Emergency service to early consulates may require overnight methods to accommodate time frame requested. |
