Getting Started

Creating an account is easy and happens automatically when you submit your first application:

  1. Go to our Passport Services page and fill out the application form.
  2. In the “Create Your Account” section of the form, choose a username and password.
  3. Submit the form — your account will be created instantly.
  4. You’ll receive a verification email — click the link to confirm your email address.

Once verified, you can log in at any time to track your application status.

You can log in from anywhere on the site:

  1. Click the person icon in the top navigation bar.
  2. A login window will appear — enter your username or email address and your password.
  3. Click Login. You’ll be redirected to your account dashboard.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot password?” in the login window to reset it.

Click the person icon in the navigation, then click “Forgot password?” below the login form. Enter your email address and we’ll send you a link to reset your password.

If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or call us at 914-592-2760.

Submitting an Application

  1. Go to our Passport Services page.
  2. Select your Passport Type from the dropdown (First Time, Renewal, Lost Passport, etc.).
  3. Fill out all required fields — the form will show only the sections relevant to your passport type.
  4. Create your account credentials in the “Create Your Account” section.
  5. Review your information, agree to the authorization, and submit.

After submission you’ll receive a confirmation email with your reference number and next steps specific to your passport type.

We handle all major passport service types:

  • First Time Passport — For U.S. citizens applying for their first passport
  • Passport Renewal — For renewing an existing passport by mail
  • Lost or Stolen Passport — Replacement for a lost or stolen passport
  • Child Passport — For applicants under 16 years old
  • Name Change — Updating your passport after a legal name change
  • Second Passport — For frequent travelers who need a second valid passport
  • Limited Passport — Emergency travel passports issued quickly

Tracking Your Application

How do I track my application status?

  1. Log in to your account using the person icon in the navigation.
  2. You’ll be taken to your My Account dashboard.
  3. Your application will be listed with its current status and a progress timeline.

Application statuses include:

  • Received — We have your application
  • Under Review — Our team is reviewing your documents
  • Processing — Your application is being processed
  • Submitted to Agency — Submitted to the passport agency
  • Approved — Your passport has been approved
  • Shipped — Your passport is on its way
  • Delivered — Your passport has been delivered

Yes. You’ll receive an email every time your application status changes. Each email includes:

  • Your updated application status
  • A tracking number and link (when your passport ships)
  • Any notes from our team
  • A link to view full details in your account

To receive these emails you must verify your email address — check your inbox for the verification email we sent when you registered.

First, check your spam or junk folder — our emails occasionally get filtered.

If you still don’t see it, log in to your My Account page. If your email isn’t verified, you’ll see a banner with a “Resend verification email” button.

Pricing & Turnaround Times

Full pricing details are available on our Pricing page. You’ll need to be logged in to view pricing — this ensures our rates are only shared with verified clients.

Processing times depend on the service level you select:

  • 2-day service — Fastest available for urgent travel
  • 3-day service — Expedited processing
  • 5-day service — Standard expedited
  • 10-day service — Economy expedited

Times are business days from when we receive your complete documents. Emergency same-day submission may be available — call us to discuss.

Payment is collected securely through our application form at the time of submission. We accept all major credit cards. Government fees are separate from our service fees and are paid directly to the U.S. Department of State.
