You are renewing a passport if the following is applicable for you:
- You can submit your most recent passport.
- You were at least 16 years old when your most recent passport was issued.
- You were issued your most recent passport less than 15 years ago.
- You use the same name as on your most recent passport, OR, you have changed your name marriage or court order and can submit proper documentation to reflect your name changes.
It will be returned with the new passport.

CHEST up photos taken have been rejected, and they are giving us new guidelines of shoulders up, Please look at the photos before they are printed at CVS or any other place doing passport photos. They have rejected many photos from the chest up saying the head is too small.

Justin Document Service takes photos in our Elmsford,NY location for a fee of $15.00. CVS, WALGREENS as well as other such locations take photos as well.
Once in process with JIDS, if you need to email us a updated photo ,please follow these guidelines:
Photo tip: Photo should be 2”x2” (51 x 51 mm) with the head centered and sized between 1” and 1.4” (25 and 35 mm).
