Entry Requirements
- Passport and Visa are required.
- Valid Signed Passport
- Applicant must submit their current signed passport. Applicant must also include a color copy of the information page of the passport.
- There is no testing requirement for fully vaccinated travelers. All fully vaccinated travellers must present a copy of a proof of vaccination showing their vaccination course was completed no less than 14 days prior to arrival.
- All unvaccinated travelers must hold a negative test. Accepted tests are PCR tests taken no more than 5 days prior to arrival.
- All unvaccinated travelers will be tested upon arrival at their own expense. Children under the age of six will be tested for free
Note: In order to obtain visas, passport must have at least two blank visa pages side by side. Pages in the passport marked “Amendment” pages are not valid for visas. Passport should be valid for at least three months from the validity date of visa. EX. 5 year visa ,passport must be valid from visa expiration date. JIDS can help you add additional pages to your passport or renew it if you need more validity. If you require passport services, please refer to our passport services section.
Must submit a computer-generated itinerary from a travel agency or online travel site. E-confirmation from an airline or travel company showing departure from the U.S. and arrival/departure to and from your visa destination. Acceptable with a valid record locator.
Photo Requirements
- Your head must face the camera directly with full face in view.
- Neutral facial expression or natural smile, with both eyes open.
- Taken in clothing normally worn on a daily basis.
- Taken in the last 6 months.
- Plain white or off-white background.
- 2 x 2 inches (51 x 51 mm).
- Head between 1–1 3/8 inches (25–35 mm) from chin to top of head.
- Printed on matte or glossy photo quality paper, in color.
- No glasses.
- No hat or head covering (exceptions for documented religious or medical reasons).
- Full face visible; no shadows on face.
- No headphones or wireless hands-free devices.
If Traveling for Business
- For business letter please note the following:
- Applicant must submit a Business letter of support from a U.S. based company.
- This letter must be on your company letterhead.
- This letter must be sign by someone other than the applicant.

- Must be an original signed document. Afghanistan also requires Passport Information in the letter.

Health Requirements
- International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever.
- See CDC for: Cholera (recommended/may be required in the event of an outbreak), Meningitis (recommended/may be required in the event of an outbreak)

Accompanying Minors
- Application signed by both parents/guardians.
- Notarized consent letter signed by both parents/guardians.
- Original and copy of the minor's birth certificate.
Non-U.S. Citizens
- Include a copy of your U.S. Green Card (permanent residents) or your U.S. visa (visa holders).
