Where do I begin? I realized that I lost my passport on 12/22 and our flight out of the US was booked for 1/6. I called around several places and finally found Justin Document Service. No other place would help me because of the holidays. From start to finish it was simple. I paid the extra money for the pre-check service (and good thing I did because I was missing information in my packet and would have screwed myself) and it was well worth it. My passport was sent out and I received it back 2 business days later. They are honest and told me I didn’t need to pay extra for the super rush service because I had enough time (and they were right) with their expedited service. I don’t know a company that would be so willing so save a customer money!!!??? Their customer service is impeccable. The best part about their process is you don’t need to set aside hours to work on filling out paperwork. They make it fool-proof for people like me who can’t think when they panic.
I will use again without hesitation and have recommended them to everyone I know. Would have given 10 stars if I could!
