Entry Requirements
- Tourism (U.S. passport): Visa-exempt for stays up to 60 days per visit.
- Valid Signed Passport
- Thailand requires at least 6 months validity from the last day of stay for visa issuance.
- Include a color copy of the passport information page.

Visa Application
Business E-Visa requirements:
- Biodata page of Passport or Travel Document
- Photograph *taken within the last six months. If the photograph does not reflect your current appearance you may be refused to enter the Kingdom of Thailand
- Declaration form. (Please scan, sign, and return)
- A copy of ID card or passport of the signer (authorized person who signed the US employment letter)
- Letter confirming employment details from an employer in foreign country signed by authorized person stating that the company will dispatch the employee to Thailand on which purpose. (Sample Business Letter)
- Invitation letter from a company in Thailand
- Business license of the inviting company in Thailand with the company’s stamp and authorized person’s signature
- Applicant is required to upload his/her passport pages which contain all travel records for the past 12 months (1 year) since the last international trip.

Photo Requirements
- Your head must face the camera directly with full face in view.
- Neutral facial expression or natural smile, with both eyes open.
- Taken in clothing normally worn on a daily basis.
- Taken in the last 6 months.
- Plain white or off-white background.
- 2 x 2 inches (51 x 51 mm).
- Head between 1–1 3/8 inches (25–35 mm) from chin to top of head.
- Printed on matte or glossy photo quality paper, in color.
- No glasses.
- No hat or head covering (exceptions for documented religious or medical reasons).
- Full face visible; no shadows on face.
- No headphones or wireless hands-free devices.
Health Requirements
- Vaccinations are not required unless transiting/arriving from an infected area within 10 days (e.g., yellow fever risk). Check malaria guidance as applicable.
