Visa Overview
- All visas for Iran require a referral/authorization through the Iranian government.
- Processing time varies: approximately 2 weeks to 2 months.
- All foreign visitors must report to the police within 8 days of arrival.
- Reporters, journalists, photographers, and cameramen of any non-Iranian nationality require a visa.

Warnings & Entry Restrictions
- Dress Code (Women): Admission will be refused if not wearing Islamic head cover/scarf, long sleeves, and stockings.
- Israeli Stamps/Visas: Admission is refused to holders of passports or travel documents containing an Israeli visa/stamp.
