Entry Requirements

- Passport and Visa are required. This country may allow visas upon arrival; however JIDS recommends getting your visa in advance. If you choose to go to the airport without a visa issued in advance, we strongly recommend checking with the Embassy and airline. JIDS is not liable or responsible.
- WARNING: Holding a visa does not guarantee your entry to the Kingdom of Bahrain. You must meet all conditions on arrival to be granted entry at the discretion of an Immigration Officer.
- Refund conditions: The application and the visa fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
Visa Application
- Valid Signed Passport
- Applicant must submit their current signed passport and include a color copy of the information page.
- Passport validity
- Ensure at least six months validity beyond the last day of stay for international travel.

- One Visa Application form completed and signed.
- Proof of Travel
- Provide a computer-generated itinerary or e-confirmation showing departure from the U.S. and arrival/departure details (record locator acceptable).
- Photo Requirement
- Two (2) color passport-style 2×2 photos taken within the last 6 months, generally not the same as in the passport. See Passport Photo Requirements.

- On company letterhead and signed by someone other than the applicant.

Photo Requirements
- Your head must face the camera directly with full face in view.
- Neutral facial expression or natural smile, with both eyes open.
- Taken in clothing normally worn on a daily basis.
- Taken in the last 6 months.
- Plain white or off-white background.
- 2 x 2 inches (51 x 51 mm).
- Head between 1–1 3/8 inches (25–35 mm) from chin to top of head.
- Printed on matte or glossy photo quality paper, in color.
- No glasses.
- No hat or head covering (exceptions for documented religious or medical reasons).
- Full face visible; no shadows on face.
- No headphones or wireless hands-free devices.
Health Requirements
- Fully vaccinated travelers must present a printed, certified proof of vaccination showing the course was completed at least 14 days prior to arrival. Unvaccinated travelers aged 12+ must hold a negative RT-PCR test issued within 72 hours of departure. Subject to change.
- Vaccinations are NOT required unless travel is from or through an infected area.
